As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist™, I learned the importance of a healthy diet. I focused on reducing processed, refined, and sugary foods while increasing my intake of whole, nutrient-dense foods. Through my studies, I discovered the connection between gastrointestinal health, nutrient absorption, and overall well-being. It became clear how the chemicals in products affected my health.
Qualifications:
– 15 years of experience working in long term care as a Food Service Supervisor.
– Certified Nutrition Manager graduating from Centennial College and B.A. in Gerontology graduating from Laurentian University.
– Clinical skills conducting nutritional assessments, reviewing care plans, and participating in interdisciplinary care conferences.
